If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Clarity Divorce is an AI-powered document preparation service that helps users generate Arizona divorce forms and related legal documents. The Service guides users through a questionnaire and uses artificial intelligence to produce court-ready documents based on the information provided. The Service is currently available for Arizona divorces only.
Clarity Divorce is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships. The Service is a self-help document preparation tool. The information and documents generated by the Service are based on the data you provide and general Arizona family law procedures. We do not review your documents for legal sufficiency or advise you on legal strategy. If you need legal advice, you should consult a licensed Arizona attorney.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is designed for individuals filing for divorce in the state of Arizona.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
